What can be done to improve UNO 1.1 performance drastically!

Replace with a turbo engine

If it is a 1.1 FIRE engine, you can fit the bigger 1242cc engine. Tuning the 1.1 is not cost effective when you consider how cheap you can buy a bigger engine for.

If you really want to improve the 1.1, consider a Van Aken turbo conversion as fitted to Cinquecentos, though they do NOT come cheap.
