Hi everybody.

I'm from Romania, my english is not so great, but I will try to explain to you my problem.

I had to change the batery to my recently bought Stilo MW 1.9 JTD.

When I removed the old batery, under the protective cover, I have found a loose connector.

As I said it's located in the batery area, and the wires comes out from a bunch of wires, some of them being conected to the positive plate of the batery.

If someone could help me identify this conector, tell me waht it does, where it needs to be connected (if it needs to be connected).

Thank you.

Post a photo of it. It is much easier to see which one you are talking about. There are many wires/ connectors in the battery box and it is hard to tell from your description which one it is.

This one has come up before (you might find it if you use Search)

You can ignore the connector, although personally I'd make sure it's not suffering corrosion before you put the new battery in.

I don't know what to do with the photos. I can see them clearly. Anyway the conector is black, and it looks like those 2 connectors from the fuel filter. It has two wires, red and yellow.
