Technical Uneven brake pad wear?

Changed my pads the othe day after 30k miles of use and notice some uneven wear. One side was down to 1mm and the pther was down to 3mm. Is this normal and do U need to worry? Brake performance was still good. New pads don't perform yet as well.

Yes it's about normal, the inner pad often wears faster than the outer, due to the design of the caliper.

Sorry may not have been clear. The pads are worn even on each caliper, but the driver side caliper wore the pad to 1mm while the passenger side was down to 3mm both pads. The braking was reasonable till the end with no pulling to any side under braking. Is this just a case of a calipers being uneven or something else could cause this?

2 mm is not a huge difference.
If the car stays stable during braking, there's nothing to worry about.
