wheres the best way to feed the wire into the car when fitting under car neons?

Don't do what i did and use a drill and drill through the main wiring loom and short out your whole car, that was bad! lol

You may find holes already in that car 
There is one at the front on the drivers side. Pull back the carpet in the footwell at the side nearest the door. You will see a small hole heading towards the fuse box. Poke your wire through with a long thin screwdriver. It goes to a nice gap in the engine bay.
So you dont have wires all around the outside of the car there is also a hole in the boot. Lift the carpet up on the petrol tank side. Again you will see a very small hole. Poke wire through with long screwdriver
(not that I know that 1.2 at all)

its bin that long and you still remember all the holes ll got some purple leds hopin to fit them myself
