Does anyone have the same problem as me - I can't get my seat to adjust comfortably??

I set my seat at the lowest position, I have lumbar support almost full, and the seat reclined to what you can see in the pic if its any help. I find the driving really comfy! FAR better than a ford focus for me.

yes i am much the same koarang, lowest setting and as far back as it will go. its great not having to get a clutch depressed, you can really stretch out, very comfy. maybe the leather seats are a different shape.

Koarang - methinks you will use every thread possible to show of your beautiful car - the sky window really seems to light the interior. ;)

Those leather seats look fantastic.

Ive only test driven Stilo's for up to 20 mins at a time so ill have to withhold my verdict.

The pic was only there as a help to neptune ;)
DOG you hit the nail on the head there, I thought I would hate having no clutch but after a 70 mile journey for me to get out of a car and not feel any pain is amazing..
No way I will go back to a clutch now.
To tell you the truth, I thought the leather seats would be a bit of a problem
when it came to cornering I thought the grip of the seats would not be there but they fit me so well its really not an issue.
Your right Roadsterchinsk the sky window and leather seats go together like chips and ranch dressing :)

Welcome to the forums................................

the drivers seat is ok on short journeys but a pain in the ass on a long stretch, I think it's because the seat of the seat isn't deep enough, they are designed for short arsed Italians, that's why Stu is comfortable in his, long arms short legs syndrome, typically Italian design. The backs are fine though, nice and supportive.

Grim Evil, are you promoting my products or what ??? You on commision ???

Welcome to the mad house! :D

Don't have a problem with my seats at all, very comfortable and being electric with memory, they always return to my setting perfectly. Being an old arthritic wrinkley, I find the the heated seats a great comfort on long 30mph journeys to meet other FF members!!! :p

mine is uncomfy, i am 6'4 and my corsa had more leg room!! also there int too much head room!! and also as my seat is fully back, no1 can fit behind.. can in my gf punto!!!

weird sitting tho the stilo!! oh well just have to sit near the arm rest more!!

i found my really uncomfortable over long jorneys to start with but then i fiddled around with the seat for a while and now i find it very comfortable just waiting for some idiot to chnage it when it goes in on its service

I find my seat comfortable, but then I fit the short legged, long armed criteria mentioned earlier. What I do find a pain in the arse is that I'm forever karting the kids about and when I put the seat forward to let them get in the back the seat itself moves forwards as well to allow easier access; this is normal. When I put the seat back, however, rather than stopping where it was previous set it goes all the way back and I have to move it forwards again when I get in the car.

Is that normal for the manually adjusted seats or yet another of my Stilo niggles that need fixing. I have never experienced it in any 3 door I have previously owned and I haven't owned a 3 door for almost 10 years, surely technology hasn't gone that far backwards.

Just thought, something else I find uncomfortable are the seatbelt pads that were on the car when I bought it. Have been trying to get used to them, but it hasn't happened yet. Plus the seatbelt pads stop the seatbelts from retracting properly, so I'm beginning to think maybe they are a pretty crap idea.

Sorry for going slightly off topic.
