what was the service like?

i used dunfermline fiat and it was rubbish the slogan promises delivered what promises they where all broken lol

i was googleing to night and came up on this

From the posts I have read here & across the net (like the linked site you provided) is;

1) More customer care.
2) Majority of complaints are against 'dodgy' salesmen & managers not returning calls. Very few complainsts against the technicians.
3) Poor wage/working conditions.

What made it rubbish for you 'ross'?

put car in for service and got it back with bick dent in driver side back sill was told bodyshop would repair so took to them and they tell my i must pay for it. lawyer is dealing with the matter now,

it an r reg punto and only done 45000miles since new igood condition util the got there hands on it will never use arnold clark again.

'R' reg or brand new it doesn't matter, in the end you are working on someones car (their property) so it should be treated with respect. Accidents do happen (fact of life) but if they said they would repair it then they should. Did you get anything in writing?
