Uk Nationals (This weekend)

Just wondered who out of the bravo gang is going this weekend the above show...My car is in the event along with a few more so more Bravo drivers to meet the better!!

I know Rob D car is in and i think Al Wall and Nikki are in aswell but anyone else going as we might be able to set up a bit of a convoy their!!

I'm going down Friday morning with the Cruisin UK crew Al. However its my mum and dads silver wedding anniversary so I'll be going home on Saturday night and returning to Avon Park on Sunday morning So I could meet you on my return.

Phone me matey and we'll sort some thing out. It will have to be early-ish though bud

Modified Nationals

Been a while since ive been on this forum - as im no longer with a bravo

But still got a new toy to play with - saw a red bravo with smoothed boot and multi spoke alloys at avon park and thought id see who it was??????

I was running in my very very low orange mini - running 16.5 quartermile in a standard 1.3 engine - not bad i think????

If it was you in the bravo............do you know of any pics from the day anywhere on the net?

I was on the strip on the sunday Andy, my best run of the day was 15.5. Sounds like my car you saw though.

Were you racing another mini at one point with a 2L vauxal lump in it?

No - its not that quick!!!

I know the ones u mean tho - there were two 2 litre vauxall minis - both red - i think one was a turbo - u can spot them a mile off cos the fronts are extended. I saw one of them race the dark grey skyline and almost keep up with it - ran about a 12 second quarter.

Mine was orange with a white bootlid - completely stripped. Thats pretty quick - what engine is ur bravo - someone thought it had nos?
