Now I am probably slitting my own throat here saying that I work for Fiat..any questions you may have with regards to complaints you have with Fiat I will try and help you out with..

Give you treatment over and above other customers
Respond to abusive messages.

I WILL:

Try to get you answers for general info incl. Fiat's stance on it.
Try and help you out using my knowledge of Fiat processes.

Gonna need to chill tho. Most of us don't have any problems with Fiat, More the dealers.


I have a question tho. I've been told the Linea wont be getting released in the UK Why? it's stunning and I want one!

Also in what capacity is it that you work for Fiat?

Ahh, Sorry lads, I am chilled..when you deal with as many angry people as me a day you tend to want to get things straight right away .

Fiats are great cars I agree, Although I want an Aldi TT myself

Edit: Although I don't want to say exactly where I work, I work in a capacity that allows me to be in contact with both dealers and customers.

Hi and welcome to fiat forum
Question - why do fiat denigh that the front springs on the stilo are a design flaw and the service solution or bodge job they have given us as a solution isn't worthy of the effort it has taken to make ..when all it will take is a redesigning of the springs and be done with it

This is the opinion of the majority of stilo owners on this forum and makes interesting reading if you wish to

welcome, when you say work for fiat what area do you mean, for a dealer, (tech, sales etc) or for fiat uk?

if fiat uk, why were you missing fron the auto italia events last year?
