Just thought I would update.
Found my little problem out and was quite cheap too.
It turned out to be the bottom ball joint. Replaced all the lower wishbone plus the track rod end (to match the other side).
It steers sweet as a nut now
Just need to get tracing sorted but getting new tyres at the same time so all Good.
