Technical Uconnect bluetooth issue

Hello,

I have a new Fiat 500 that i bought back in June 2018.

The last couple of days when I connect my phone it randomly dials a number "1000000" and I can't hand up or anything. It goes for a few seconds and then it "hangs up" and everything is fine.

It wasn't doing this before. I unpaired my phone, reset the info and everything but I still have this issue.

My phone is OnePlus 5, updated to the latest OS.

I tried to find online ways to update Uconnect but i got nowhere.
I'm always directed to www driveuconnect com where I have to input my VIN number to show any updates but I guess is only for US cars?

More likely a phone issue than Uconnect, see this;
