Up till last week my sat nav has been working fine. It is now showing i am in a totally different location driving through water. I have drove round in circles anti-clockwise as advised by online chat.
I have checked the aerial connections they are fine.
Took the fuse out and left it to see if it would reset, it is still saying the same location
Reset it using all the different options on the radio
Is there a way to hard reset the radio so hopefully the GPS sat nav starts again?

How old I'd your car is it still ok enough to be included with the 3 years free maps?
As perhaps a map update Kay help it find the correct location

Fiat in Italy have suggested to update mopar map care. I can't do it online, I need to contact a main dealer ? Any ideas how much this update is? It looks like my car has never been updated since new 2016

Probably the aerial, buy a GPS Fakra adapter off eBay, that’s what I used when I done a Sat Nav retrofit to mine.

Hello,
i have a tipo sedan 2017 eTorq AT. When i purchased the car it has already Tom Tom Navigation on radio system. One year later (in 2018), i updated its maps from a website. Now i can not remember how i did it then, but i remember it was free of charge that time was like the following:
First i downloaded a big file, i copied the file to a USB stick, then i plug the USB stick to car. After starting radio system updating automatically started. Now, i am planning a trip Greece (north place of country) so i need to uptade again. Does anybody know how i can do it now. in the way of course free of charge.
