Uconnect Uconnect 5" firmware update: 13.00.80.01

hi i am new to the forum and have been trying to update my fiat ducato 2017 connect 5 firmware
i have tried updates but no success as yet
is there a specific version i should be using
the unit has nav and dab

Hi.
I've been trying to find files to update the software and maps from 2011 for the Nav system in my Alfa Romeo Mito 2011, but it's not like the ones here. I think it's a newer model of the Nav System part no.: 156091875.
The firmware numbers for the Nav and uConnect are different.
Nav system: 1.22.02_RWM
uConnect: ZFACF8AM4RU158740

First tjank you for this helpful thread and the provided software.
I did the update for my 2015 500L uconnect 5 without NAv.
First to 12.00.24
Update worked fine, but afterwards no audio was to hear out of the speakers. No radio, no media, no Bluetooth media from the smartphone. Display shows volume level and also it shows its playing the media...
So I did another update to 13.00.57.
Same problem

Any ideas?
