General tyre pressure

good evening fellow multi owners i have the bug shape multipla looked in handbook for tyre pressure and it says 2.5 bar i used a programme on google to convert to psi which told me this was 36psi which i think is too much for 15 inch tyre can anyone please help me thank you in advance and have a wonderful xmas

As far as I know for normal loads 2.3 bar is standard and 2.5 bar is for a full load.(as per my owners manual for a JTD) I did this recently for a family trip to Wales.

Tyre size has no bearing at all on the pressure. Monster off-road or flotation tyres can run at as little as 3-5 lbs/sq inch and very small car trailer tyres can run at 40-45 lbs/sq inch.

The pressures you quote are about right, although you can experiment with slightly different pressures if you want. Doubt if you'll find any improvement on the road though.

Higher pressures definitely improve fuel consumption although this is inversely proportional to adhesion, this time of year run at the lower (2.3) setting.
