The stitching has come away on the right hand corner of my sun roof and is blowing a bit of a gale through onto my head :( When it rains then the inside of the car is also getting a bit wet

Has anyone else had "problems" with their twin sunroof? Or replaced theirs? If so, how easy are they to replace?

Thanks :D

Sorry to hear about the problems your having. I can't really help you because none of our Panda's have the twin sunroofs, but if its any concilation, the sunroof in the Selecta leaks and I get wet when its raining:(

I might start another thread on my sunroof because I've tried loads of different things to sort it and it still leaks:mad:

Stu may of replaced them but i paid for em, LOL!

They're about 150 - 175 quid each

Thats complete including the frame and all so I suppose compaired to a complete soft top on a saab for example at 4000 quid it's not bad, hehe!

I've noticed this on ebay - They have the rear sunroof too
They are good sellers. I have had a few bits from them, so can recommend them

That looks a very good buy and I might be tempted myself if you are not going to go for it Charlotte. Maybe they have more?

I have problems with water leaking through the holes where some of the stitching has gone - mainly on the big rear canvass. For a mid-term solution I have found that working plenty of Auto Glym bumper care into the holes does the trick but obviously you need to keep re-applying it.

My brother works at Fords and talked some of the technicians in to helping.
We got the wrecked frame off an old Parade down the breakers, the Ford'es fabricated a new frame and the upholstery guy fixed it all up.

But you don't have to go that mad.
I got the material from a specialist shop I found in the yellow pages (cost about £20) then you really do need someone with an industrial sewing machine.
