Tweeter recommendations please

Hi all
Further to my post earlier which is now lost in time..I'm looking to install a pair of tweeters into the Brava.
Ideally I'd like to do a straight upgrade with the existing pair but will go for an aftermarket set.
Any recommendations would be great now that I've decided against Boschmann ones.
Budget of about £50 ish

fairly good, better than OE ones

Could you please list what ice you currently have?

Sony Head Unit 4 x 45 w
200w Boss front speakers & 300 watt Boss 6x9's in the parcel shelf,also the original rear set,whatever they are in the plastic moulds.

Ok have the Boss speakers up front got tweeters on them? Are they in the door mounts and what size are they?

Disconnect the original fiat rears if you havent already...they serve no purpose

The fronts are 5.25" but have'nt a clue if they're tweetered.
They are in the door mounts,yes.

Ok mate i'm guessing that they do have tweeters.

You have two options. You could go for some Infinity tweeters as mentioned above or go for some 5.25 or better still 6.5 inch components from JBL. These comps include two woofers, two tweeters and crossovers. This way you will have better midbass and better highs. You'd have to ditch the Boss fronts though.

My second option is definatly a sound improvement and deffo better value for money as i'm sure some JBL 6.5 comps wont cost more than 70 tops.
