turbo

[my fiat turbo]

can anyone help i took car to garage as i had a noise they said it was steering rack lower ball joint and something else other then the noise the turbo and everything else was running a ok since it came out the garage with a nice big bill its not running as it was turbo not kicking in it throwing out black smoke and im struggling to put steering lock on any one no why this should be

sounds like you need a new turbo and its a hugh dent on the wallet, through the dealership it will cost £550 for a new turbo as the same happened to my punto.
