Technical Turbo problem

Just been pointed out by my MOT guy that the bottom half of my v clamp on the turbo was missing. Are they available to buy?

Mine's a 100 mjet 08 plate. The guy had a couple of old ones he took one from. Just curious if it's a common problem since I've never heard of it before.
Looking at a seller on eBay, the instructions are to tighten to 5nm. I'm assuming the nut worked loose and so on.
