chipping would be one of the last things I do.
Manifold will make a big difference, as will decatting your car and a different back box, stay with supersprint as they are the only people to test their exhausts on the cars and proove performance gains over people like powerflow and longlife who "knock one up" for you - obiously not going to be done properly as with exhausts bigger isn't always better.
If you get the induction sorted (bmc filter is a good start), you might also want to consider a modified throttle body or porting and flowing the head.
after this I would do the remap (unless you want to spend more on the engine - which I doubt).
