Hello all,
I just bought a fiat 500 (UK) and was very annoyed it did not come with a basic 3.5mm jack audio inout function to plug my mp3 device.
I researched for ages and bought the blue iso connector on advice from another thread, which doesnt work- very frustrating
.
Before buying the yellow iso cable ive been trying to research if it actually works, but all threads seem to run dry and remain inconclusive.
After taking my stereo out i can see its a 'Bosch 312 MP3'. From what I can gather, earlier fiat 500 models had Blaupunkt factory stereos. I'm concerned that this model does not allow for basic aux input cables to be used (so that we have to spend a fortune on official Fiat approved expensive accessories) esp because there is no aux button, and pressing the CD button in different ways and number of times, still does not show an 'aux' function.
Attached are some pics, if this helps.
Thanks in advance!
