if you grind out the groove where the abarth attaches then it should near on sit flush, then with a bit of smoothing n fibreglasing it should come together nicely, cos it looks the same shape and the meshy bit is the same shape as an abarth? maybe im wrong though...

would take work but this car has certainly had some work done on it (y)

Hi there

Thanks for all comments (y)

The rearbumper is a complete remake in fibreglas. It's made over the original rearbumper and a Abarth skirt.

Plus it's gonna be pretty quick too, surely?

Ohh.. also forgot to tell you people that I got it RR again few weeks ago - it gained 3bhp.
That means it now have: 110.2 Nm @ 4500 rpm. / 98 Bhp @ 6800 rpm. n/a (y)

Next move will be to raise limiter to round 8200 rpm. to get well past the 100 Bhp limit

The limiter in the original ECU can not be moved but if you put in a new ECU then it's possible to move the limiter up til 8500 rpm. in some cases. In my case the hardware only allow 8200 rpm.

The spec. on my engine is:

Engine:

1242cc Single Point Injection
Custom made inlet manifold
Gas flowed cylinder head with 2 angle valve cut
Custom made 40mm throttle body
280 degree Colombo & Bariani camshaft
Raised compression ratio
Zero balanced engine internals
Lightweight flywheel
CSC Marmitte stainless exhaust manifold
Custom made stainless exhaust
Stainless Blast back box from raceland.dk (not worth the money!!)
SMT6 piggyback chip from Perfect Power
