Personally i would say no to phonin the TC as i know that they will say NO straight away and then we are fecked as im thinkin there is gonna be about 40cars at this one but i also understand what you are saying and will get in contact with Coyotes as we are both the co-arrangers of this!

Will keep you all informed, though if u message me n i dont get back to you its because im going to Majorca on Saturday for a week and the last thing i will be thinking about is The Uk. Im sure u can understand!

well like alex365 said perhaps the TC should be notified if there are going to be 30+ cars turning up reading this thread,last time i whent there to a meet it was only small turn out, max 12 cars we all ended up in food court for chat and food and on the next only 8 turned up so couldn't really class it as meet,know when we meet up at the romper pub last year that was with landlords permission as other car clubs use his carpark aswell on week nights.

well it's going to be good to have quite a few ppl over with the fiats and imho there's no point of ringing the TC as there will be no nobing around as said before... it's same as going to shops, you're leaving your car in the car park witch they dont mind, i dont think they would mind if ppl would be standing there and guarding their cars aswell...

Better to be safe though, if 40 cars turn up and they tell us to leave it will be a bit crap,. especially for those that are travelling some distance for this meet

Like Adam said, people who live closer and go TC regularly are not going to want to be turned away or looked apon for being apart of an idiot based club.

well i've been to few meets with AO club there and never had any issues at all... dont start being paranoid, no one looks @ your car for a fiat forum sticker... there's a road called lankro way, not too far from TC, where usually on the friday nights loads of cars turning up for a cruise, worst case scenario we could all go down there...
obviously if some1 wants to give TC anonymous call and ask if they would do anything about that kinda meet, just do it, just dont say you're from a fiatforum as you might get in trouble with security next time you go there

Right have sent the TC a quick email, just explaining the nature of the meet and that fact we have held quite a few at the TC all ready. I have also mentioned that we are free to discuss the nature of the meet with us, if they want to come over and chat on the night.

Im sure the security guys will come and visit us, like they usually do, but once they see no pratting around they should leave us alone!

I'm up for this , I'll try and get a few of my other mates with GPS's to come along too!, And if the TC for some unknown reason does decide to move us on, there's a great carpark behind the Krispy Kreme opposite the TC, I've seen a few people from an American car forum meet there before

there's been a slight change in meeting place for this even in a AO forum, the new place for it is an overflow car park just on the other side of the road from the John Lewis car park...
