General Towing eye compatibility?

Hi there,

Iam missing towing hook(removable screwing) which isnt bad idea to have one, its Sei MPi 2001, do you have any knowledge from which other fiat its compatible? Guy is offering me Punto 2 hook, dont have any part number on it, Iam not sure if it will fit (hes from other town, cant try it)

Pretty sure the Punto one is different.

They're not very expensive new.

Not really, its had to be produced, stored, and delivered to you.

..10eur for used sounds better but cant find one,they are all different from car to car.

Another choice is to modify long screw with equal thread

But needs to have rolled threads, be high tensile. Drop forged is the way to go -- like the factory. You might see if Unto.pl do them.

An alternative would be the "drifting straps" but they're likely to be more expensive.

does a sei have a boy one or a girl one? i think mk1 puntos had girl one, mk2 puntos boys

Sei is a boy.

I've seen boy ones from Puntos (I think) but the thread is different.

my stilo one and my alfa 159 one both look the same, couldn't say whether threads same size as i never had a reason to hold them together.

already found Seis 2000 eye for 5EUR + P&P, polish EPER says its the same for all seis from 1998-2010. whats wrong with FF's eper btw.??
