Creating a CD is a bit complicated.
Download the .rar files into a new directory.
Use WinRAR program to create a CD ISO image. Pointing it at the first .rar file should allow it to find the rest and make one file.
Use a CD writing program, write the ISO file to a CD.
Install the CD onto your PC. It installs just the files needed to run the CD, so will then work with any eLearn CD for other models. The CD then needs to be in the CD drive each time you use it.
The program works slowly, so be patient.
I have one I created a while ago, when helping a friend. To answer your specific question.
Hub Nut:
Tighten to 120-180 Nm
Slacken by 45 degrees.
Tighten to 225-275 Nm
Caliper guide pins: 25-30 Nm
Caliper bracket: 190-270 Nm
