Thanks but -:
No manuals available for this van
been online for 2 weeks trying to find info
but so far drew a blank
My wheels are off my brake pads and disc changed .
Instead of just doing em up tight with a bit of Threadlock i would dearly like to know those settings.

Hi wallacengromit, Welcome to the wonderful world of the Qubist/Fiorinoist, great little motors. Post any questions up here, and one of us will try and answer.

Re you question, about tighness of wheel nuts/studs, just googled it and a couple of different sites gave the same figures......86 NM. Hope you can convert that, and that it helps.......no idea Re caliper bolt, try google.....who knows.

Cheers Qube O.

Hi again have now downloaded the e LEARN file for fiat Grande Punto
It seems that fiorino was based on the Grande Punto... please correct me if i am wrong

i am reading the torque settings as in the following example

Front Brake Caliper Bracket Bolts is 9.9 (divided sign bar dot above and below not on my keyboard) 11.0

so 9.9 divided by 11.0 in daNm
does any of this make any sense to anyone here

I use a manual that lists the actual bolt threads AND their respective torque values, LinsayPorter FIAT Manual.

it's a bit dated nowadays,

I doubt if the van is a direct descendant of the Grande..

but a lot of the tech will be carried over.

are the Bippers , etc any easier to get info for..??,

:idea:regarding your brakes - use EBAY to fin the pads , and see what other vans they are supposed to be compatible with..

then you can search for info for them.. maybe a manual too.,

e LEARN shows Grande punto Brake caliper carrier to hub 9.3 to 11.0 daNm
which if daNm as i believe times 10. these figures seem to be about right so i will use them.

I would however be mighty interested in where you obtained them if only for future reference

Big Thanks to al :):)l:)
