General Top mount problems

Right, ain't been on here for a lite while, so hello again

Had both the front arms changed on the Hgt a few months ago, then about a month later I heard creaking noises and discovered my top suspension mount was moving so I got that replaced, all was good for a month or so, but the creaking is back and the mounts moving again, also sounds like a clicking noise from somewhere?

Anyone got some sort of idea what could be causing it?

Top mounts should last a couple of years at the very least -- I'd take it back to whoever fixed it. Couldf be a pattern part?

Clicking noise on lock is usually an outer CV joint.
