General Toomey Fiat - Southend on Sea

These are by far the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Hi Munchy1. I did warn you the other day to make sure it came back with all it's pieces intact. I complained to Fiat about Toomey and the problems we had with my wifes car. I received a letter the other day from Fiat with a £100 voucher in it. The letter said that they were sorry I had problems and that they would be getting in contact with Toomeys. Perhaps this is a beginning of better customer relations, We live in hope.

I think your lucky to get an apology. I generally find that Fiat find that word gets caught in their throat quite often.

I know its blasphemy, But i'll say it anyway.

I NEVER HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH AUDI!

Yes it's blasphemy but I must agree with you I never had trouble with any of the three Audis I had. Heaves a sigh and moves on.
