Toca Race Driver 2

I quite like the little fords. Would prefer formula Fiat but I dont think it exists

fast, light and fragile. Can't go rushing into other cars in a Formula Ford.

I got the first Toca Race driver, I found the car physics very fun indeed.

No crazy SEGA powerslide everywhere and no borin' ive touched the brakes without anologue controls my wheels have locked and say hello to the gravel trap

Though powerslidin is arguably more fun then not thorough thought of simulation.

Need to get a decent number of drivers together, then we can decide on a schedule. I used to take part in an online Toca 2 league which was at 9pm on a Wednesday.

Need to decide on which series we will play.

Will have to do some network and PC hardware tests to check whos best to host.

Then we can go racing!

Luciel, some hosting would be good or we could just post results here in the forum, then others can see the racing and that could increase the number of drivers we have!

Well i own a hosting company so its no prob making a small account for hosting.
If i remember right, there can be 16 drivers per race right? and i vote for v8 class.

I think we will try different classes each time. I have a bonus code generator so we can drive whatever cars we like.

So are we going to set some kind of rules.
Like car mods, maybe unfair to those who aint played enough to get a "superior" set up.

Qualifying or just random grid?

I think it should be no mods so its fair for everyone and most def, qualifying, i think contact should be allowed but not that kinda contact u do to take someone off the road, just the kinda contact thats bound to happen whilst overtaking if you know what i mean.

well I think if we leave damage on then the contact given will give a fair result.. ish

IE you're not gonna win if you smash and bash other cars to gain 1st nor if you grind walls like a skateboarder.

No damage will result in those 160mph ah don't worry was just a scratch type manouvers

1 Championship per week. Some will be longer than others due to number of tracks available, can always add extra tracks if we need! Contact needs to be on - otherwise its just the same as doing time trials and thats not fun.

Grid order will be through qualifying. Will check exactly how you go about setting this up. If not then we have the option of random, last results or reverse last results.

Full damage will be on. Be careful with your car! Might push for having a mandetory pit stop?

Season will consist of the full range of races minus any we feel are boring. I personally can't stand the American oval races (stock cars etc)

No car setup. Drive it as it comes.

yup those rules are perfect, about joining the season late, yeah, but eventually ull join with 0 points whilst others can be well on their way.
