That's a great looking uno Frosty.(y)
Always liked the Hormann kits, looks even better smoothed out like that.
Look forward to seeing the finished result.

Thanks for all the comments guys, havent got any more pics at the mo unfortunately, been a bit busy so havent been able to work on the car as much. But gotta say looking at that pic of Louie Bees uno in his signature pic just made me realise how cool unos look as standard! Fancy swapping mate? lol

That is one great looking uno, looks amazin (y) , what u got under the bonnett?

Cheers mate :D, Heres a pic...
the spec is as follows
Fully rebuilt mark 2 1.4 litre Engine (Standard pistons and internals)
Competition Head Gasket & Bolts
Ported and Polished Head
Modified Cam
Samco Hoses (Turbo & Coolant)
Baileys Dump Valve
Bleed Valve
K&N induction Kit
Full Custom made exhaust system
T25 Hybrid Turbo
FSE Power Boost Valve
5th Injector
Alloy header tank
OMP strutbrace

All in all about 180bhp and running 1.3 bar. Can run a lot more but at the risk of blowing my intercooler up lol So thats what i need to do next before i increase the boost. Get a bigger intercooler made of Alloy. Thats what the big gap in the bumper is for, gona get a big front mounted intercooler in there :D
(By the way this pic is before the engine was rebuilt and fifth injector added-Looks much tidier now!!!)

Almost ready now, Having BIG problems with the mark 1 front bumper, too wide to fit into the grooves of the mark 2 wings. So rather then cut it in half and make it smaller (Too Risky as it will be far to weak and brittle) i have decided to use a standard mk2 uno Turbo bumper which i will be modifying slightly so i can get to Weston wheels.
Lobster off Turbo Collective has been kind enough to let me Borrow his mark 2 Hormann front bumper and wants me to get my rear bumper copied for him and the front copied for myself :D
But that wont be for sometime yet. Found out from Hormann that a new replacement front bumper would cost me £425!!!!! Yikes!!! So thats not an option for me lol
But i know you guys are all dying to see some more pics so here we are. Bonnet sprayed, indicators on, grille on. Just the bumper left to do and then wash polish and buff the whole car up. :D Cant wait.

Almost finished now, pic taken at Weston Wheels. Need to mesh the grille, front bumper and fit fogs and may add a Golf VR6 splitter on the bumper,
Been thinking about black mesh? What do you guys think? Black? or Silver?
Silver seems a bit "Chavesque" as Lobster brilliantly put it lol I welcome your opinions or comments
