more progress...

Had a Hard day today, Fitted new wheel bearing on the front, Added mesh to the front grill, Not painting it yet!! gonna see how the fibreglass holds up,
Cut and shut the exhaust so the outlet points downwards as i plan to mesh the rear bumper without exhaust exit hole for that smooth look,, :D :D
whilst doin the exhaust the jack slipped and ruptured a brake pipe so got that to replace 2 moz also try and fit the last remaining skirt...:slayer: PICT0010.JPG

You are right about the skirts in a way, I like them but if they were bulged all the way along would be mental, mental chicken oriental,,
have not been out on the road as of yet for about 6 weeks as i lost my licence for speeding 112mph,(n) got it bach thursday just gone :slayer:So will be trying the hardest to avoid any speedy bumps, got about 2" clearance on a kerb....Gonna try get Teepee M.O.T 2moz.
Hope she goes on the brake rollers??

Looking really good ,
wish i had gone for that approach
may have to get that rear bumper

heres a few pics of the punto bumper ive been working on for my tipo ,
been a hell of aot of work
had to make it longer and more square as it cut in under the head lights

havent done much for the last few weeks as the weather has not been on my side

not too much more to do to finish that corner , just got one more layer of bodyfiller ans wet and dry to get rid of the small holes etc

and at the bottom i gotta finish rounding the edge , thats the hardest bit as i had to make most of it because the bumper was not long enough

Back again, Well its now just over a week since i started fitting the Rover
200 Predator kit to my Teepee, As i work full time don't think i have done to bad..If you are gonna fit anything to your Teepee,Honestly go for a Rover 200 kit...Easy as 1,2,3... to fit, They do prenty of variant kits..Well, Front Bumper is done and back is now near compleation,
To tie it all together all to be done is the skirts... And top coat!!! :slayer:

nice job dazzolooks sweet , i got alot of catching up to dohave been very busy at work and been raining on me days offand payday in 3 days , so got alot of stuff to get
dtm wing mirrors with the indicators , going to smooth the wings
some brava rear lights - this is the project im looking most forard to

think i defo going to get that rear bumper dazzo

shame i cant keep people updated as much as dazzo has but will post from time to time
trancedental what do you have planned

I guess it will look similar to Dazzo's, but I'm going to order that German Kit off eBay and get a full body respray, I'm also having a new (read refurbished) Carb fitted with all the floats set and injectors cleaned etc to see if that will give me back my BMW beating powers, that will drain my funds for a bit so the SuperSprint exhaust will have to wait + its service time soon.

ouch!

Rally lights for a tipo anyone? i can't decide whether it'd look good or not! if it does i might be tempted. driving down small country roads at night is good but just want to see a lil better but looks is probs the only thing.

nasty:eek: , howd ya manage that?
so does this mean i can buy your front and rear bumper :D

dont get yourself down about it , a crash only means one thing  - more modding :)
with your modding ability this shoud be no problem to fix, a bit of fibreglass and a bit of boddy filler(y)

and now that you have no rear light its tim for some more modding
get yourself a set of brava lights and have a play with them - i cant wait to give that a go

should have my front bumper finish in the next few days i have not worked on it for 3 weeks , every single day off i get it pours down with rain so hopefully it stays nice and im going to get to work on it

and going to start work on the wing mirrors
