timing belt

my timing belt snapped on my 2Lt 155 HGT 20v will this have damaged the engine?????

More than likely. You'll be looking at replacing valves at the very least. Sorry to hear your belt snapped.

most likely im afraid..

your going to need to take the head off to check for damage

Most certainly need some new valves, It's been known for valves to go through the piston. As said the head will have to come off.
