Technical This part Fell off.

Hi,



This part fell from the front of my stilo yesterday.

Does anyone know the name, is it the undertray?

It looks like there should be six bolts/screws holding this on and 2 clips to position it.

Can anyone confirm that there is screws missing as it was only serviced recently and it would not supprise me if Sidwell Motors did a magic trick on them.

Yes its the under tray,had mine fall off twice now,Ive got it tied up with plasti cuffs as the screws kept falling out.

I never had the joy of an undertray, mine didnt have one when i bought, but im sure id of ripped it off by now anyway!

I would but I really can't be bothered to drive to Torquay. (i'm much closer to Taunton then exeter)

I might try either the one in Westen-Super or the Winncanton one in future.

Ahh I see. Sidwell used to be spot on, but now they've got new staff there and it has gone downhill really badly. Shame really, used to go there all the time.

Ive had this drop down as well! replaced the screw and added a bit of threadlock, job done no problems!

Think mines is still on, although I did give it a heafty wack on one of them ambalance allowing speed bumps

Sidwell Motors reattached it and added some screws.

20 mins all in.

mine is on with cable ties. Each time I take it to the garage I don't mention it, but they replace the ties with screws. A few weeks later, I'm puting a new cable tie on!

looks like dealers are not doing their jobs properly!!(not a surprise!!)
Make sure they are screwed tight and you should be fine. Also, considering the roads nowadays, it's like dodge the potholes/drain covers!!!
