Think injector has failed. Help please

Haven't been using the Bravo much since I bought my Marea so I took it for a run to work today. It's only been sitting on the drive for about a week or two but on the way there it suddenly started spluttering and the injector light came on. It's now just running on 3 cylinders, all sparks and leads are fine and the light only comes on when accelerating. Already tried some injector cleaner and half a tank of super unleaded but it's not helped. I assumed it was the injector but can anyone clarify, and if so does anyone know the part number for it? It's an S reg 1.6 mk1.

I've had the same thing happen to me this morning. The car's not really worth me putting a lot of money into it, as I have already just replaced the cam belt, so if it's going to be costly then I'd rather not bother and put the money towards a new (definitely not Italian) car.

The light only illuminates when I'm accelerating and goes out after a few seconds of releasing the accelerator pedal, but it sounds very rough at idle.

Are there any cheap/free things I can do to improve this, or is it simply that the fuel injector needs replacing?
