What do you think guys I haven't had much luck so far.

Last Friday I ordered a set of springs from eBay paid up and 2 days layer got a mail saying they didn't hav them and they gave me a full refund... That was the good news!

Yesterday I ordered some springs from extreme performance online, I created a account (website looked as good as any I have used in the past) was logged in and ordered my jamex lowering springs (was on special £79.99 with free 24 hour delivery) went to my shopping cart and went on to a secure part to put my credit card details in (wont use my debit card online) Job done all paid got my order number was sorted... Or so I thought.

Went to my account to see my order and it it said security error cannot log in, I wasn't able to log at all last night or this morning. So sent a mail and have no reply, sent a question via there website and nothing. Phoned there direct number if there are any problems... Line is dead, tried there fax number line is dead...!!?!!

So do you lot think I have been stitche up as I feel like I have :(.

Anyone else had any dealings with them?

I really hope I haven't and I suppose I should wait till Monday to see if they turn up or not but I feel a little peeved at the mo.

Cheers

Robin

OK chap,

it is run by a compant called toysforcars.co.uk and they seem very legitimate! their contact number is 01752 331616
address is

United Kingdom

This website has been up and running since 2002.

I think you are fine and perhaps they just haven't upadated the extreme website.

:)

We've sold bits to Toys for Cars before. Don't remember having any problems with them. Maybe they had some technical issues with their computer system that day or something like that.

John

Well still waiting, called them today as no one has called me back, they are now saying 2 weeks! Dunno if to stick with them
or try and get them from
some one else?

Robin, mine took 4 weeks to come from venom motorsport. And they came reccomended by Joske.

I think cause not many people modify marea's that they are always special order parts. Think you're just gonna have to be patient :( How the other bits on the monster going?

I was extremely lucky ordering my springs, everywhere I checked had to be special ordered and were going to take a week or 2 to come, but by chance I looked on eBay 1 day and found them at £40+pp off someone who had got them from a clearance say, deal and a half I think!

Really Will, I never knew that, I had pi for rat1 but before I had the chance to fit the springs they were stolen out if my garage, I got those on clearwnce for £27 delivered.

Well 2 weeks don't seem to bad in the scheme of things, although I am only going 40mm drop I could get some 60mm drop ones in 2 days uk stock. But think that may be too low.

Yeah the beast is coming along, had a full day onit today cleaning more than anything though, it was snow foamed, clayed washed again and ssr3d and then show glazed for finish, still not happy though needs another going over a couple of times, it has live it's life going through car washes!

Cleaned the interior a bit and fitted my momo sphere gear knob.

Main thing I did was clean all the insides of the arches and the amount of mud that came out was untrue! Also started to clean the engine bay up to. Took loads of pics though.

Cheers
