Time to loosen your watch or take the elastic band off and go enjoy yourself ;)

Pins and needles is more often than not caused by circulation issues and in worse case scenarios blood pressure issues and heart attacks.

i don't have a watch or anything like that, i had blood pressure check last month and it was fine, I've got a medication review on Friday, I'll try remember to mention it to the doctor.

As someone with a permanently numb left arm and hand (from damage to my neck), I'd be suspecting (i) something neurological (could be as simple as a trapped nerve, from sitting/staying in the same position, too long...); or (ii) as I think you've already surmised, side-effects of something you're already taking....

Get your GP to do a sensation test on your arms and hands (i.e. with a slightly pointy object...) -- and on your feet, if they're being thorough.... If you can still feel everything -- especially if it's the same, both sides -- chances are it was a one off. If not, get thee to a neurologist...!

how do i post a thread? am being stupid or what?....... cant figure it out:cry::bang:

*Prepares for imminent rage*

What would be the risk of putting 10W-40 oil in my Grande Punto?
The manual says it wants 5W-40 but I've got 5 litres of 10W-40 and I was wondering if I can get away with using it?
From what I understand it being 10W-40 means its exactly the same as 5W-40 at running temperature (roughly) but it'll be thicker at low temperatures, since it's not that cold now (around 8 - 10 Celsius) most days when I go out I was wondering if I could get away with it?

Or is it a must that I use 5W-40, like absolutely essential?

it means your engine wont be lubricated to spec until the engine is warm, as most engine wear happens when engine is cold its a terrible idea

get the right grade and put the other in classifieds or ebay

I don't do this often but I completely agree with dave. For the sake of a few £'s follow the manufactures spec and put the right oil in. if it was for a couple of months over summer months you may have got away with it.

Anyone know which cabling I should use to wire in an indicator....?

Just that I have absolutely no understanding of cable ratings,..

It's a 12v 21w bulb...,
