Right some of you will remember me moaning about a knee problem! Well it's still going!

Hurts randomly :(

I The pain started happening after a car crash which I did not claim for. I need to go doctors to get it checked out. Can I still claim if it is a proper injury.:confused:

Not sure, but I think there is a 3 year time limit.
I'm sure there will be plenty of info on the interweb about it.

The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988

The Computer Misuse Act 1990

The Data Protection Act 1998

and

The Health And Safety At Work Act 1974

Depends on the severity of what you've done in regards computer misuse and data protection act.

The Computer Misuse Act 1990

The Data Protection Act 1998

and

The Health And Safety At Work Act 1974

Depends on whether you are being sued criminally or civilly.

Copyright breach is usually a civil suit, so that's damages to a dollar value. The rest will be criminal suits so jail time/community service. Depends on what you did.
