nah just size wise not for parts
is the punto mk2 boot a similar size to a gp boot?
How did you manage to get that from that?! :'D LOLno chance if you mean for parts interchangeability
why?![]()

i was looking at mehstg's boot build thread and thats pretty similar to what i want to do so was wondering if i will have room to fit the sub and box in the spare tyre bay with just a bit of room left to have a tray that holds the amp, or am i being extremly hopefull?
because surely someone wanting to compare sizes would simply Google

cheers
plus what would be the point in this thread if we got told to google all the time

dunno, have you tried google for an answer?
if space is a concern then build the box seperate to the floor. Then you can always have the amp over the top of the box which isnt an option if the floor is attached to the enclosure. Also if you decide to add more amps ect at a later stage you will only have to make minor changes rather than build the whole lot again.
i think you have misunderstood me. You build the enclosure to sit in the spare wheel bay. Then put a false floor raised above the amp on top. That means the amp can go above the box and below the floor, that wouldnt be an option if the false floor forms the top of the enclosure like mehstg's.
