The legislation says as long as its debited within 31days theres nothing wrong

this happened to me but with a parking ticket of all things then i didnt look for ages and got a letter the other day saying i haven't paid
i done the payment over the phone and the lady on the phone said its gone through fine but it never came out of my bank and no one contacted me to tell me it hasn't :bang:
Is it Quinn Directs fault that when I choose to insure another car on my policy that it takes them foorrrrevveerr to update the MID and send the documents?
Can't bloody tax the new car and have to wait messing the seller about...

Can take upto 10days iirc.
Insured new Panda to start on 1st April, only on MID when I last checked last night, and the policy was changed on about 28th March.
