i would have though bolting it was alot safer than glueing it. ive just glued it but im gonna put silicone around the screw holes top prevent rust. I took it off to respray it today.

Fiat dealers use an adhesive you can buy from them and its well sticky, will never come off! Much better than screwing into your tailgate.

yeah but surely having it bolted on is more secure than just glue as there is nothing actually holding it to the car except some sticky stuff. using bolts actually grips it to the rest of the car if you get me
