Yes... solenoid makes sense, since out of all those things, it's the only one that's electrical (modern cars... it's *always* electrical
) and which would affect all the cylinders.
Still, it's useful to have the whole fuel system cleaned out... sometimes a little bit of a few things not working at 100% can cause a problem.
