It could be that there is an electrical issue affecting 1 and 4. Injector failure is rare, two injectors going down is almost unheard of.

Update. Injectors were fine, the problem was that they were not getting information to trigger (negative pulse). Looks like the computer is so "smart" that when the spark plug isn't getting its information to spark, the same happens to injector.
New HT leads are arcing... Manufacturer is BREMI, problem was solved by a bit of insulating tape around them, but its just a temporary fix. Going to get better quality leads, and maybe even new coils.

Car still misfiring than randomly decides its working fine and again misfiring, more misfiring than working fine.
Put spark plugs on all leads and they're sparking an inch above cam cover I assume thats all fine. I'm wondering could there be a cable thats running from injectors 1 and 4 that are earthing somewhere or are pinched. And so I have an intermittent misfire problem ? Or is there a posibility that the computer is broken in this way that sometimes cylinder 1 and 4 don't get gasoline ?

Forgot to mention, when the car was running fine did test with DC tester and light was flickering on both coil pack connectors and injector connectors. If this says anything. And the light isn't flickering on both coil pack and injectors when car is misfiring. (1 and 4 cylinder)

I'm from Slovenia, and we have a Fiat specialist, he takes ECU's and repairs them. I gave them a call and they said my ECU can't be repaired beacuse of the wrong serial number of the ECU (as much as I know, had ECU model that can't be repaired) he then gave me someone elses ECU that he repaired and unlocked it. Cost was 120€, think around 100 pounds ?
Installed ECU in the car, turned the key to ignition waited 10 seconds, then cranked the car. It started with EML, got it warmed up and then did that "trick" revved to 5k rpm and idle, three times. Turned it off and turned back on and the EML was gone.
