template help?

flatmates looking for a document template.
nothing special but in her words she wants it a bit like a 10 commandments scroll
had a look around the M$ office site and on google but cant really see anything.its only for a work memo/poster type affair.
anyone got one/links?

If its in word, why not add a scroll picture from autoshapes then add text to it?
