Temperature control on Panda 100 Climate control

Has anyone else come across this problem with the Fiat Panda climate control? Whatever temperature you select (with or without A/C be turned on) the heater goes to maximum temperature straightaway and doesn't adjust to the selected temperature until I've driven about 10 miles?
I'm assuming it's a thermostat somewhere, but is it something I can change without taking the dashboard apart?

I'm having the same issue. Did you ever get it resolved?

Have you got it set to clear the windscreen? Often if you set climate control to demist/defrost the windscreen it will ramp up to high temperature and not let you change things.

The fact it returns to normal function after 10 mins suggests that the demist had finished and it’s returning to normal control.
