Technical Temp not displayed on computer screen

Hoping somebody can help? My screen in the instrument panel is no longer displaying the outside temperature, all i get are dashes instead.

Just for info i installed a 7 way bypass relay on saturday, and i can't remember if the temp was displayed on Sunday. Is it possible i have shorted something out, or do i need to check a fuse or something?
