right iam changing my sparkplugs this week which are the best for a modded coop?

Alternative auto's do a platinum set for about £40. They are ngk's as far as im aware. I got a normal set from him at about £20 with a triple tip and they have been quite good.

iam looking at the Denso Iridium but not sure of the model

I seem to remember Rog20VT saying that the Denso Iridium seem to fall apart on coupe's after a relatively short time? I'd go for the AA ones.

the denso plugs are supposed to be better, but ive had several higher boost cars in which the electrode has worn away resulting in lumpy running.

get NGK BKUR7ET's, these are a slightly colder standard plug suited to cars with increased boost.

as far as iam aware,fiat engines dont like triple tipped plugs.they like singles.is this true? cant remember who said it,but they said it was due to the fat spark off a single plug.

Oh right. Interesting. Not tryin to put ya down but rog owns powerfiat (coupe specialist) and i just bought the triple tip from a specialist coupe parts supplier. Coupe engine is fiat but its not quite if u know what i mean.

NGK iridiums are what you want, even at 1.4bar on my gt28r, no probs for well over a year

yes i know roger owns powerfiat.iam going off what ive heard off other owners and the lancia lads.at the end of the day,its what the engine likes.if roger says triple ones,thats good for me.personally,ive had nothing but problems with NGK R plugs.every set ive used has had one faulty plug in it ! so ive gone off them.champion i find cr*p.bosch ive now gone back to for the time being.
