11psi on an R5 GTT engine doesn't mean it will make 11psi on an HGT engine.

the more exhaust gass the more the turbo spins the more boost (airflow) you get. a 5pot will prob produce more exhaust gasses than a little 1.4 ren5.
its a bit more complicated than that but it kind of sums it up. i would go into more detail but i dont feel well.

But if the turbo is too small you will spin it too fast and it will produce less boost or destroy itself.
Turbos have to be quite carefully matched to the engine or you end up with damaged parts or poor performance.

just be done with it and stick a challenger 2 engine in it
12 cylinder, 1,200hp Perkins Caterpillar CV12 diesel engine and a David Brown TN54 gearbox, with six forward and two reverse gears.
if you really can't stand the diesel sound, may i suggest a turbine from an abrams
