Has anyone changed the glow plugs on a td 100 i have bought 4 to fit put when i saw what a you have to move to get at them I was a little dismayed!!

Is trhere an easy way of doing this ie without taking manifold off???

No easy way. depending on your tools and skills, some stuff might have to come out of the way. disconnect them and test them individually, using a multimeter set to the high current range, e.g. 10 amps or 20 Amps. put the black multimeter lead (negative) on the threaded connection at the end of the plug, and the red (positive) lead of the multimeter to the positive pole of the battery. The multimeter should show a reading of around 10 amps after a few seconds, and this may fall slightly as the plug heats up. If no current reading the plug is duff and should be replaced..

The two on nearside look almost immpossible to get at without lots of work but Ill give it a go.
thanks again
