tappet noise !

just started up my 1.8 hlx to hear a rattling tappet had oil changed 500 miles ago with decent oil any ideas ?

buy a boot load of ice.and hey presto u got rid of the tap

only let it run for a couple of mins , didnt seem to get any quieter !
