General Tail pipe extension for 1995 Ducato?

Got an old (but brilliant ) Swift Motorhome on a Ducato 2.5 which seems to smell of diesel fumes on occasion....

Thought it would be a good idea to shove a SS extension pipe on it to see if that resolved the problem?

Having seen other posts, it appears that this may not be a straightforward item to source - any suggestions on where to shop??
