Hi everyone. I would like to ask for advice here. Does anyone have a car with a T-JET engine and perhaps a Car Scanner with an OBD connection? I would be interested in the voltage level of the oxygen sensor behind the catalytic converter. Warmed up loaded engine, rpm 2500 to 3000. My voltage is more or less constant, but quite close to 1.0 V. Sometimes error P0420. In the ECU records, the voltage for the error is stated to be 1.01 - 1.02 V. The car is from 2018.

That volage is too high. Voltage should be around 0,5-0,7V and stable compared to pre cat O2 sensor. The most important thing is if the system gives you P0420 when in closed or open loop. Sometimes system just uses its own value instead of using actual O2 sensor voltage F.E. when the O2 sensor is still cold despite car being in operating temp. Could be failed O2 sensor, however there were cases of failed catalytic converters on both 1.4 FIRE and 1.4 T-jet. I myself had that experience on naturally aspirated Tipo after just 50k km. My current T-jet is still fine "knocking on wood :)". If you'd like to meet up, I have MultiECU scan and I am located roughly 45 minutes from Prague.
