General Switch stalk illumination

Hi all, as a new owner of a 2013 Fiat 500L Lounge 1.3 Multijet , I am seeking a little advice please. I have only had the car a few days and noticed the ignition switch seems to wobble, so it is going back to the garage for them to look at, as am not sure if it should. Also I drove the car for the first time in the dark last night and while most switches and buttons illuminate, the light and wiper stalks do not, which makes it a little awkward to see where they are set. Can any owners advise if the stalks should illuminate or not, as if they should, I will et the garage to check it out at the same time. Thanks in advance.

Probably identical to the 500 2door / panda ..and I'm 95‰ sure they are lit
